In FY 2023-24, we reduced emissions to 4.34 million tCO₂e and maintained a water consumption intensity of 3.42 KL/tonne.

Our community engagement and employee welfare efforts resulted in a customer satisfaction index of 88% and a net promoter score of 84%.

Economic viability
The debt-to-equity ratio was reduced by nearly half, from 0.41 in March 2020 to 0.25 in March 2024.
