SAP Ariba is an on-line platform that allows you to participate in sourcing events, receive and acknowledge electronic Purchase Orders (POs), create advance shipment notification (ASN) and submit electronic invoices.

If you are a first-time user, click on the "Process Order" button in the email you received to register. Once registered, you can log in using your credentials.

Yes, suppliers can update their company profile and other relevant details through the supplier portal. Any changes made will be reviewed and approved as per Tata Chemicals policies.

An ASN is a notification you must create on the portal before dispatching materials. It includes a barcode that you need to print and send with your dispatch documents to ensure smooth security gate entry.
 

Ensure that the invoice is digitally signed and that the details on the online invoice match the paper invoice sent with the goods.

Yes, the online submission does not replace the requirement for sending paper invoices as mandated by tax authorities.
