Tata Chemicals has implemented a digital platform, SAP Ariba, to streamline procurement processes and enhance supplier collaboration. Through SAP Ariba, suppliers can participate in sourcing events, acknowledge purchase orders (POs), create advance shipment notices (ASNs), and submit invoices for material-related transactions. For services, suppliers are required to submit Service Entry Sheets (SES) and invoices via the platform. Payments will only be processed once invoices are successfully submitted and posted on the platform.

Once selected as a supplier for Tata Chemicals, you will be invited to join the SAP Ariba platform through Supplier Lifecycle Performance (SLP) if you have not already been onboarded. Upon completing the technical setup, using SAP Ariba will become a mandatory commercial requirement for all suppliers, ensuring efficient and transparent transactions. 

For suppliers who have not yet been invited to SAP Ariba, the existing process will remain in place until further notice. Tata Chemicals expects all suppliers to provide the necessary commercial and technical support to integrate with the SAP Ariba platform.
