Annual Maintenance at Lostock

In order to carry out critical routine maintenance and statutory inspection work, we need to have a planned shutdown at our Lostock site each year. On Monday 9 August we are undertaking such a shutdown.

In order to ensure the plant can be restarted successfully and safely, it is necessary to keep certain process flows operational. Unfortunately this can create some noise, but we make every effort to ensure that the stoppage is completed in as short a time as practicable.

Tata and its employees remain committed to Northwich and continue to invest in its plants in Cheshire. We look forward to continuing our 120 plus year association with the town and area.
