Become an apprentice

With a wide range of apprenticeships available in our process, accounting and finance, sales and procurement teams as well as the more traditional engineering apprenticeship roles, we are looking to find the next generation of innovators.

  • Hands-on experience

    Working alongside companies such as Kaplan, Cogent Skills and Aspire, we offer our apprentices the opportunity to gain a nationally recognized qualification while gaining invaluable experience working in a diverse team and learning the key skills and behaviours to be successful in their chosen career path.​

  • Training

    What qualifications are available? We offer apprenticeships across roles: Level 3 Science Manufacturing, Level 2 Finance, Level 4 Sales, and Level 3 Procurement and Supply.

  • Engineering apprentices

    A 36-month programme, where for the first two years you’ll be based at TTE in Ellesmere Port for practical training to become electrical or mechanical technicians.

  • Head office and process

    For our process, sales, finance and procurement apprentices you’ll be office or plant based with a 2-year study period consisting of virtual classrooms and work-based visits from assessors. You’ll each get a Tata Chemicals Europe mentor to support you through your course.
