Tata Chemicals wins prestigious AIOE Industrial Relations Award 2009-10

Mumbai: Mithapur division, Tata Chemicals, won the prestigious AIOE Industrial Relations Award 2009-10 announced by All India Organisation of Employers (AIOE) — an allied body of FICCI. The awards were distributed at a special function held for recognising outstanding contributions in industrial relations, on February 28, 2011, at Delhi. The Union Minister for Labour and Employment, Mallikarjun Kharge, distributed the awards to the winners.

Speaking on the achievement, Satish Anand, general manager, human resources and corporate affairs, chemicals, Tata Chemicals, said, “Our values and mission of 'Serving society with science' is embedded in our industrial relations policy and we continuously work towards ensuring amicable relations with all our stakeholders. This recognition vindicates our efforts in demonstrating people-centric approach in all our efforts and will definitely help us raise the bar going forward.”
