
The company began its journey by focusing on Affirmative Action (AA) for disadvantaged communities. As we evolve, our diversity efforts now also embrace gender diversity, marginalised regions, persons with disabilities, and the LGBTQ+ community to foster a more inclusive and sustainable organisation.
To lead this expanded agenda, we have restructured our Affirmative Action Council into a Diversity Council, chaired by the MD, CEO, and senior leaders. Their passion and commitment drive our ongoing diversity initiatives across the company.
