Specialty Silica is manufactured in various grades like Highly Dispersible, Precipitated, and Water Dispersible. It is available in powder and granules for diverse industry needs.

Maximising capacity utilisation
We have consistently been achieving 95% capacity utilisation in HDS production at the Cuddalore plant. -
Total quality management
We manufacture top-quality silica with consistent output, assured by advanced labs and multiple global certifications. -
Efficiency in operations
After HDS product approvals for the tyre industry, we began commercial supplies, enhancing processes for quality consistency. -
Localisation
The global tyre industry is shifting to HDS. In India, we offer HDS as an import alternative, working with customers to develop grades for tyres, shoesoles, rice rollers, and belts. -
Customer-centricity
We customise products to meet customer needs, including developing hydrophobic and matting silica, and green RHA silica.

Acquired a manufacturing plant in Tamil Nadu, at Cuddalore, near Pudducherry enabling us to manufacture HDS using our proprietary technology developed at the Innovation Centre in Pune.
