Fair employment practice

Pay packages
Employee pay packages are reviewed on a regular basis and closely linked to individual performances for those covered by the merit-related pay agreement.
Annual bonus
The company awards a discretionary annual bonus based on company performance.
Healthcare scheme
The company ensures that its employees have access to prompt medical treatment and pays membership fees for a private healthcare scheme.

Pension fund
The company has devised a group personal pension plan through Aviva for its employees. Both employees and the company contribute to the pension fund.
Holidays
Apart from the eight declared public holidays, employees are also entitled to 21 holidays in their first year of employment, increasing to 26 days after 12 months' service. In addition to the annual holiday entitlement and 8 public holidays, employees with more than six months service have an annual option of a two per cent holiday bonus payment or five days extra holiday.
Long-service award
Long service is recognised with awards for 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 years service.
Relocation package
New employees who have to relocate for employment with the company are entitled to a relocation package.
