Sundaram Fasteners Ltd chairman and managing director Suresh Krishna has been awarded the JRD Tata Corporate Leadership instituted by TataChem Golden Jubilee Foundation and administered by the All India Management Association (AIMA).

The award was presented to him by former prime minister I K Gujral at a function here. Mr Krishna is the sixth recipient of the award after Aditya Vikram Birla, Deepak Parekh, N R Narayana Murthy, Dr R Mashelkar and Azim Premji.
