Delisting
of securities
Consequent to the approval of the members at the
Annual General Meeting held on September 20, 2004,
the company had applied for the delisting of ordinary
(equity) shares of the Company from the Stock
Exchanges at Ahmedabad, Delhi, Chennai and Kolkata.
During the year under review,
the Company's Ordinary (Equity) Shares were delisted
from the Stock Exchange, Ahmedabad, the Delhi
Stock Exchange Association Limited and the Madras
Stock Exchange Limited. The Company is rigorously
following up with the Calcutta Stock Exchange
Association Limited for speedy action.
The Company has paid
the Annual Listing fees, for the financial year
2005-06 based on the Share Capital as at March
31, 2005, to the Stock Exchanges on which Ordinary
(Equity) Shares of the Company are presently listed.

Share transfers
